At Charmette, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
